Massage times are scheduled by appointment only. Currently this requires calling, texting or emailing.

Arrival is expected 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to allow completion of the Intake Form and/or discuss session goals. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. This requires an agreement to provide a credit/debit card number for such purpose.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. A NO CALL/NO SHOW will be required to pre-pay when scheduling any future appointment or seven (7) days prior to their next scheduled appointment.

 

If you have missed an appointment and do not call to reschedule within thirty (30) days, you will be considered to have terminated services. If a client misses two consecutive scheduled sessions, the client will be considered to have given notice of termination of services. Services may be terminated by the client at any time.

Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions starting late due to the client arriving late will end at the appointed time and pay full price. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
